Administration of grant-supported projects of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS)
Statutory requirements governing the provision of counselling for rehabilitation and participation services were established in Section 32 of Book 9 of the German Social Code by the enactment of the Federal Participation Act.
This provision is free of charge and is open to all people with (and at risk of) disabilities, and their family members.
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) published the funding guidelines for the implementation of “additional independent participation counselling” [EUTB] on 31.05.2017 in the Federal Official Gazette. The funding guidelines and further documentation and information are available to download from www.gemeinsam-einfach-machen.de.
As part of the administration relating to grant legislation, the gsub mbH supports all interested parties and funded project providers in all issues relating to the application and funding.
gsub mbH is responsible for checking the application, notification and for verification of statements of use. It advises project providers on settlement and reporting to the funded EUTB offices.
